Delicious Dessert Without Sugar

Make the most of the goodness of fruit and enjoy it without any milk or ice-cream. It only takes a few minutes and you have the most delicious breakfast, dessert or snack.

Just take out the frozen fruit in the morning and, as soon as it’s defrosted, you can prepare your treat.

Ingredients:
A packet of frozen fruit (I use a mix of berries: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)
A kiwifruit
A banana
¼ glass of orange juice
Some lemon juice (optional, but I love it!)
Some cashew nuts to sprinkle on top (optional)

Method:
Defrost the fruit,
Put in the blender with the kiwifruit, the banana, orange juice and lemon juice,
Blend for 2 minutes,
Put it in the bowl or a tall glass, decorate with a few banana slices and cashew nuts.
